By ordering from or interacting with our website and/or application, you expressly agree to these T&C without reservation or objection.

The Natural Cow reserves the right to modify or update these T&C at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website and/or application.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using, interacting with, or accessing our services.

By agreeing to these T&C, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence. If you are a minor, you confirm that you have the necessary consent from your legal guardians to use our services.

To place an order on our website and/or application, you may be required to create an account. To register, you must provide a valid email address and set a secure password.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must not share them with anyone.

The Natural Cow is not liable for unauthorised access to your account, including fraudulent orders placed using your credentials or payment details.

2.2 Ordering Process

Customers can select products directly from our website (https://thenaturalcow.co.uk) or application.

Orders can be processed as:

  • Delivery (if available in your area)
  • In-Store Pick-Up (Click and Collect)

If you select delivery, you must enter your postcode and address to confirm eligibility. If you select Click and Collect, collection details (store address and opening hours) will be provided in your confirmation email.

2.3 Product Availability and Description

  • Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.
  • If a product is out of stock, we will attempt to notify you promptly.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • Product descriptions and details may be modified at any time without prior notice.

Article 3 - Delivery

Delivery is available only in specific areas. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address to ensure successful fulfilment.

Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. If delivery is unavailable for your location, you may opt for Click and Collect.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If your item is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours at hello@thenaturalcow.co.uk and provide photographic evidence.


Article 4 - Delivery and In-Store Pick-Up (Click and Collect)

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

We will endeavour to meet estimated delivery times, but factors such as traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen disruptions may cause delays. Delivery delays do not entitle the client to refunds or discounts, unless required by law.

If you choose Click and Collect, your order will be available at the designated store after confirmation.


Article 5 - Pricing

All prices displayed are in GBP (£) and include VAT, where applicable.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Any changes to applicable taxes will be reflected in the final order total.


Article 6 - Payment

Customers can pay using the payment methods available at checkout, which may include:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Apple Pay/Google Pay
  • Bank Transfer (if applicable)

All payment transactions are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

The Natural Cow does not store credit card or banking details.


Article 7 - Billing

Upon order completion, an electronic invoice will be provided via email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Customers must ensure that billing details are accurate and up to date.


Article 8 - Warranties

We strive to fulfil orders accurately.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.


Article 9 - Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Network disruptions or website downtime.
  • Fraudulent activity involving stolen payment details.
  • Unforeseen circumstances that impact service availability.
